Reservations
The
following guidelines are designed to help you fill
out the reservations form. If you continue to have
difficulties please phone Airport Car Storage reservations on
0161 7764220, our helpful staff will be happy to
take your bookings by phone.
Please
note office hours are: 9am to 5pm Moday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm
Sunday.
1. Time & Date
Departure Date
Please use the correct date format for your departure,
the is DD/MM/YYYY, you may type this manually,
or simply use the Calendar button on the right
to select
your date.
You may find this information on your flight booking
confirmation document or flight tickets.
Flight Time
Please use the drop down menu to select the hour
upon which your are departing, then manually type
in the minutes
in the open field. You may find this information
on your flight booking confirmation document or
flight tickets.
Arrival Date
Please use the correct date format for your departure,

Extras
Full Valet
Apply traffic film remover, pressure wash wheels,
wheel arches and bodywork, apply shampoo and bodywax,

and leather bodywork. Vacuum seats, carpet and
boot interior, polish all glass and vinyl surfaces
and
deodorize interior.
Quality Clean

Trailer
ACS are happy to store your trailer for you, however
due to storage space restrictions, we charge an
additional fee for this service. 1-8 Days trailer
storage £30,
an additional £30 is payable for each further

this field. If you have a none UK registration

registration number, you should also type it

Vehicle Colour
Please type your vehicle colour in this field,
you do not have to quote the exact manufacturers

3. Flight Details
Outbound Flight Number
Please type your full outbound flight number
including the airline code in this field. You
may find this
information on your flight booking confirmation
document or flight
tickets.
Check In Time
Please use the drop down menu to select the hour
upon which your are checking in, then manually

if you do not have a check-in time displayed
on your

What
to do on the day
Our
reprasentative looks forward to meeting you half
an hour prior to your flight check in time at the
ACS Reception, Hilton Hotel, Manchester Airport.
Directions
from M56 east and west bound - take Junction
5 (M56), Manchester Airport exit, follow signs
for Terminal 1 and 3, through two sets of traffic
lights,
turn left into Hotel car park. Please be aware
of barrier, press button, take ticket and enter
car
park. Park
in a parking bay, leave your luggage in your
vehicle and go to the ACS Reception on the front
car park of the hotel.
